 Winter School 2017
Delhi School of Economics

The Centre for Development Economics and the Department of Economics at the Delhi School of Economics will hold Winter School 2017 (WS 2017) during December 13-15, 2017.
The WS 2017 programme will consist of ten invited lectures by four distinguished economists and selected research presentations by other scholars.

Invited lectures

Invited lectures at WS 2017 will be given by Avinash Dixit (Princeton University), Sanjeev Goyal (University of Cambridge), Jorgen Weibull (Stockholm School of Economics) and Timothy van Zandt (INSEAD). Details of their talks are available at

Submissions are now closed.

Deadlines

Decisions regarding acceptance or rejection will be intimated by November 1.  Authors of papers accepted for presentation must register for WS 2017 by November 15 in order to confirm their participation; otherwise, their speaking slot may be offered to another scholar.

Financial support

Presenters of research talks may be eligible for a fixed amount of financial support. The rules governing financial support are available at
