The Department of Economics and the Centre for Development Economics at the Delhi School of Economics will hold their annual conference, the ‘Winter School’, from December 15-17, 2014.The distinguished plenary speakers this year are Professors Tom Sargent (New York University),M. Scott Taylor (University of Calgary), Kaushik Basu (Cornell University) and Bina Agarwal (Institute of Economic Growth,Delhi).
