Professor Gita Gopinath’s lectures will cover two broad topics in international macroeconomics. The first will cover nonneutrality of exchange rates and its implications for monetary policy and monetary unions. The second will cover advances in the theoretical literature and the interactions between sovereign debt and monetary policy. References for these lectures are provided below-
