CONFERENCE ON
INDIAN ECONOMY: ISSUES AND PERSPECTIVES

The Department of Economics, Delhi School of Economics is organizing a two-day Conference on “Indian Economy: Issues and Perspectives” during 23rd & 24th August, 2013. This Conference is being organized as part of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of The Indian Econometric Society (TIES), the pre-eminent society for economists in India. The sub-themes of the Conference are as follows:
- Macroeconomic Challenges;
- Environment Issues;
- Development Issues; and,
- Industry and Productivity.
Professor Dinesh Singh, Vice Chancellor, University of Delhi will inaugurate the Conference.
